Curriculum development

In-service training built around your agency.

Your training needs may extend beyond our course catalog. We work with individual agencies and training partners to develop instruction around specific operational challenges, personnel, and learning objectives.

Custom courses and agency requests

We can develop a new course or adapt existing instruction to your agency’s policies, investigative responsibilities, and local needs. Engagements can include training needs assessments, measurable objectives, lesson plans, instructor guides, realistic scenarios, exercises, and participant materials.

Training evaluation and updates

We review existing in-service training for clarity, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives. Services can include curriculum gap reviews, knowledge and performance assessments, participant feedback analysis, instructor resources, and updates reflecting changes in law, policy, and investigative practice.

We also help organize course sequences, refine delivery formats, and plan ongoing curriculum review. Scope, instructional hours, delivery arrangements, and any applicable approval requirements are established with your agency or training sponsor.
